Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase.
After 30 days, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.
To qualify for a return:
✅ The item must be unused, in the same condition as received.
✅ It must include original packaging.
✅ You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
Books with visible signs of use
Large furniture/appliances (washer & dryer, refrigerator, bed sets, TVs, dining sets, sectional sofas, etc.)
Items returned after 30 days of delivery
Inspection: Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect it and notify you of approval/rejection via email.
Approval: If approved, your refund will be processed within 5 business days and credited to your original payment method (credit card, Zelle, Apple Pay, Cash App, Chime, Venmo, or BTC).
Check your bank/card statement first (processing times vary).
