• Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase.

• After 30 days, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.

. Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return:
✅ The item must be unused, in the same condition as received.
✅ It must include original packaging.
✅ You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items:

• Books with visible signs of use

• Large furniture/appliances (washer & dryer, refrigerator, bed sets, TVs, dining sets, sectional sofas, etc.)

• Items returned after 30 days of delivery

. Refund Process

1. Inspection: Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect it and notify you of approval/rejection via email.

2. Approval: If approved, your refund will be processed within 5 business days and credited to your original payment method (credit card, Zelle, Apple Pay, Cash App, Chime, Venmo, or BTC).

Late or Missing Refunds?

• Check your bank/card statement first (processing times vary).

• Contact your bank or payment provider.

• Only regular-priced items can be refunded.

• Sale/discounted items are final sale.

. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange:

. Shipping Returns

• You cover return shipping costs (non-refundable).

• For expensive items, we recommend trackable shipping + insurance (we’re not responsible for lost returns).

• Refunds deduct return shipping fees.

• If the item was not marked as a gift at purchase, refunds go to the original buyer.
